Carrot Cars has been awarded the Customer Service Excellence Award at the 2016 Wharf Innovation in Business Awards. The ceremony, held to celebrate business innovators in East London, was held at the Radisson Blu Edwardian New Providence Wharf last Thursday 29th September, and presenting the awards was none other than Dragons Den's famous Dragon Slayer, Levi Roots.
Carrot Cars came out on top amongst some very stiff competition, with leading lights in the world of hospitality and customer service. It is a testament to our belief in top quality customer service that with such competition, we have been able to walk away with such a coveted prize.
Manager Adam Wiltsher said to The Wharf "I'm very happy, proud and privileged. When we saw the other people in this award we felt lucky to just be named in the same breath as them. We are very surprised and very happy, and it's thank you to our fantastic team who do it day in, day out and do the things that have helped us to win this award."
The award goes alongside the Taxi and Private Hire Operator of the Year Award, won at the 2015 London Transport Awards and Carrot Cars are also pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for Private Hire Operator of the Year at the 2016 Professional Driver QSI Awards, to be held in November.
