Over the next few weeks Carrot Cars will upgrading our computerised booking and dispatch system to a state of the art, bespoke designed program. This upgrade will give us the opportunity to create and deliver a much improved service to you, our valued customers, as well as to improve our online booking system, account management and will also mean that we can finally launch our long awaited app.
Benefits will include enhanced caller ID, meaning that once you have registered with us, we will easily be able to replicate previous bookings, arrange return journeys and issue receipts even faster and easier than we already do now. For our Carrot Cars Account holders you will be able to have full control of your account online, with the ability to book journeys, check previous journeys and invoices, update your authorised users and passwords and fully manage your account from your online portal.
During the migration we would kindly ask for your patience while we get to grips with everything. Some of your historical data may be harder to find than usual and we apologise if we do not recognise you straight away when you call us. It will not take long for us to get everything back to normal but there will be a small transitional period.
You may also notice a few changes in our pricing; while on the whole, the majority of our prices will be the same or even less, there are a small number of prices that will have risen slightly. This has happened as we try to keep prices as fair as possible for both our customers and our drivers, meaning we can offer not only competitive prices, but also a fair wage for our drivers.
