Canary Wharf and Docklands Minicab company, Carrot Cars, are excited to announce that they have been shortlisted for the Customer Service Excellence Award at The Wharf 2016 Innovation in Business Awards.
Having already won the London Transport Award for Taxi and Private Hire Operator of the Year in 2015, this will be the second award that Carrot Cars has been nominated for, due to their high customer service standards, which they have worked hard to achieve. Consistent improvement on training and recruitment standards has seen Carrot Cars become the premier minicab company in the E14 and Docklands areas, and has meant that they have been able to organically spread their wings into the City of London.
Carrot Cars are very proud that their attention to the happiness of their customers is being noticed and that they are being rewarded for offering a great experience for their passengers; something they believe should just be standard throughout the industry.
The Innovation in Business Awards 2016 ceremony will be held on Thursday, September 29, at the Radisson Blu Edwardian New Providence Wharf and Carrot Cars General Manager, Adam Wiltsher said "We are very proud to have been shortlisted for the award. Customer service has always been at the heart of everything that we do so to be recognised in this category is a real honour."
“The other shortlisted contestants are: One Canada Square Restaurant; Boisdale of Canary Wharf and City Cruises, so there is stiff competition, but even to be named among these high profile, customer service pioneers is an amazing achievement for us. May the best team win!”
