At the helm is Executive chef Nacho Manzano patron of 2 Michelin stars. The day to day running of the restaurant is done by Manzano's protege and his former development chef, Ceser Garcia.
The menu features Spanish classics like Croquetas de Jamon and three types of Jamon Iberico, carved to order along with experimental dishes like Beetroot and Red Fruit Gazpacho with Cheese Ice Cream or Tempura of Spring Onion with Ailoi and Soy Sauce. The extensive Spanish wine list also features several wines that are only available at Iberica outside of Spain.
